Party game or fitness craze? We actually love that it could be either, that’s our kind of workout.


And that’s not the only great thing about this exercise routine, oh no.



It costs nothing you can either download a workout from the internet or you can simply go freeform and have fun.Of course that means you don’t have to go to a class where other people will point and laugh as you (inevitably) fall on your butt the first few times.You don’t need any specialist equipment you can make your own limbo using a broom and two chairs (or friends if you want to make it a group activity).It’s great for toning your stomach and thighs the parts we all want to be that bit firmer.The music’s great (well, except Limbo Dance by David ‘The Hoff’ Hasselhoff, but you don’t have to listen to that though it is on YouTube).



It’s the perfect workout to do with your mates, and even though your stomach muscles will kill the next day, you won’t be able to tell whether it was the limbo or the laughing that did it.
